Privacy Policy

ردّي helps businesses reply to customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram using AI.

Data we collect: account details (email, business name), access tokens for connected accounts (encrypted at rest), and messages exchanged with customers, including customer IDs and names provided by the platforms.

How we use it: only to generate and send automated replies and to show conversations to the business owner. Message text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) to generate replies. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Deletion: businesses can disconnect channels at any time; anyone can request deletion via the data deletion page.
